We are very excited to annouce that Mobile Broadband is coming to Locall Australis very soon.
Broadband on the go, via your new Locall Australis Mobile Broadband connection.
We will soon be releasing plan prices and expect to be able to start connecting you early November this year.
There will be 3 Plans
- 1Gb download per month
- 2Gb download per month
- 5Gb download per month
Users can expect an average throughput of between 1.5 and 3Mbps with peak speeds reaching 6Mbps. The transmission rate will be progressively upgraded to 7.2Mbps over the next 12 months, to provide end to end network capability for 7.2 Mbps across CBDs, metropolitan and selected regional locations.

The map below indicates the coverage that we will have in place by December 2008. By 2010, 98% of the population of Australia will be within coverage areas. Of course individual locations may vary, but the map provides a good general indication of covered areas.
